Service Engineer:

Job Location:

Cairo, Egypt

Job Duties:

  • Interacting with clients to solve their issues and checking existing problems.

  • Collaborate with our partners service team to solve customer problems.

  • Installing new equipment, systems and software.

  • Keeping track of purchased equipment.

  • Willingness and ability to travel ≈50%within the assigned region.

  • Working to tight deadlines and in response to breakdown emergencies is sometimes required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language and Microsoft office skills

  • Up to 3 years’ experience in installing and servicing laboratory or analytical equipment preferably with X-ray and or environmental monitoring solutions.

  • Relevant degree in electronic engineering.
